Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026. These terms are between you and Vidforge ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: nellywymes@hotmail.com.
1. The service
Vidforge turns product photos you upload into short AI-generated video ads, and writes accompanying ad copy. Videos are generated using third-party AI providers. Output is created automatically and may contain imperfections. We do not promise that any video will match your product exactly or suit your purpose, so please review every video before you publish it.
2. Credits and payment
Videos are paid for with credits. Credits are bought in packs, are charged when you start a video, and are returned automatically if a video fails to generate. Prices are shown before you pay. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable once used, except where the law requires otherwise. Free credits may be given at our discretion and may be limited or withdrawn to prevent abuse. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a right to cancel digital purchases within 14 days, but by buying credits you ask us to make them available immediately and accept that you lose that right for any credits you have used. Unused credits from a pack bought within the last 14 days can be refunded on request.
3. Your content and what you may create
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them, and to send them to our AI providers, solely to provide the service. You promise that you own or have permission to use every photo, and that your photos and descriptions do not infringe anyone's rights.
You must not use Vidforge to create content that is sexual or sexualises minors, depicts real people without their consent or imitates real people or public figures, is violent or hateful, promotes illegal goods or activity, makes false medical or guaranteed-result claims, or is misleading or unlawful in any other way. We may block requests, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.
You are responsible for how you use the videos and ad copy, including compliance with advertising rules and platform policies (for example the UK CAP Code and your ad platform's policies) and for disclosing AI-generated content where required.
4. Ownership of output
As between you and us, you may use the videos and copy generated for you for your own business, including commercial use. We do not guarantee that AI output is free of third-party rights or capable of copyright protection.
5. Availability and storage
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Please download videos you want to keep. We may delete videos and photos that have been stored for a long time, or after your account is closed.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, the service is provided "as is", we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the link at the bottom of the app, which erases your photos and videos. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Remaining credits are lost when an account is closed for breach of these terms.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here; continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although consumers may also have rights to bring claims in their home country.
Template notice for the site owner: these terms are a sensible starting point, not legal advice. Have a solicitor review them before you launch, and fill in your registered business name, address and company number.
